I am 5’7, right now I weigh about 131 lbs, and I hope to weigh 125 in two months!
1. To increase cardiovascular fitness levels?
20 Mins, 2-5 times a week.
2. To lose weight?
20-30 mins, 3 times a week.
3. To tone up?
2 sets of 15 reps, 2 times a week.
4. To maintain fitness / weight?
20-40mins, 3 times a week.
5. To increase flexibility?
5-10 mins, everyday.
- My knee is injured so I can’t run/go to Zumba/jump rope
- I have a cold and now I feel nauseous!
That’s basically it. I mostly just want to feel better waaa!!!!

Dear future self,
I hope you find a college that you’ll love! I hope you achieve your goals, and find happiness, and stop drinking too much every once and awhile and hooking up with people after drinking too much. I hope you learn self control and lose those damn pounds! I hope you can focus these next few weeks until Christmas break. I hope you relax when it is necessary and work when it is necessary. I hope you take your own advice.
