Day ten: Do you eat breakfast? What do you usually have?
Yes, everyday. I have Kashi GoLean cereal and two eggs or some nut butter.
Waaaa!!! On the 9th day, I cracked and ate all these chips and cookies and strawberries with my friends. :’( Moving forward though! Day 10 will kick ass!
Day nine: What is your favourite food, healthy or unhealthy.
Pizza and french fries and chocolate chip cookies. It’s a tie between all of those!
I will continue with my plan for another week, and if I still don’t start losing I will up my calorie intake.
I am not losing ANY weight, but gaining it, even though I am doing everything right. That one guy lost weight eating only Twinkies and staying in his calorie allotment, and I am eating decently, staying in my calorie allotment, and exercising. What the hell?
I weigh 137.8 lbs now!
I am also getting my period in two days, is that why?

Day seven: Do your friends and family know you are trying to lose weight?
My family knows. I don’t really want to talk to my friends about it because I’m not overweight so it feels vain. But I’m close to my family so I talk about it with them. They’re very supportive! My sister started going to Zumba with me! And my parents let me buy whatever healthy food I want.
Bloating from period, fuck my life!
- Go to Zumba Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
- Consume more protein
- Do my squats
- Be positive!

While I was running this man was shoveling stuff and I thought it was a horse from my peripheral vision, and when I got up closer and he waved at me I was so visibly startled hahahaha then I started laughing. When I passed by him again we shared a laugh.
Day six: Have you ever been overweight or underweight?
No. The highest my BMI has ever been 22.9, which was like… 16 pounds shy of overweight.
